RELATED PERSONS WITH RESPECT THERETO) FROM ALL FINES, SUITS, LOSSES, COSTS, LIABIILITIES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTION AND JUDGEMENTS OF EVERY KIND AND CHARACTER, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, NOW EXISTING, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, OR HEREINAFTER ARISING, WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS RELATED TO PAST ACT OR OMISSION OR FUTURE ACT OR OMISSION (COLLECTIVELY ,“CLAIMS”), INCLUDING THOSE CLAIMS RESULTING SOLELY OR IN PART FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SNC L.L.C. 2. ANY ACT, OMISSION, NEGLIGENCE, OR MISCONDUCT OF ANY OF YOUR RELATED PARTIES, OR OF ANY OTHER PERSON ENTERING ON YOUR PREMISES OR USING THE ONLINE OR OTHER SERVICES OF THE SNC L.L.C. RELATED PERSONS UNDER OR WITH THE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INVITATION OR PERMISSION OF YOU.
